CELEBRATION OF 25 YEARS OF SWEDISH EXERCISE IN ABERDEEN

gunilla

BEACH BALLROOM ON SUNDAY NOVEMBER 30th 2 - 4pm

Do you remember those days when Gunilla held two classes a night at the Beach Ballroom? It was the 1980's and the beginning of the fitness boom? Even if you were too young for that or were not converted to Swedish Style exercise this event is for YOU!

Gunilla's Testimonial Class - open to everyone past, present and future......for all .....for FREE!

We have come along way since then, as has exercising to music, but our fundamental principles remain the same: ..safe effective and fun exercise for EVERYONE! Quality programmes built on sound basic principles.

IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS EVER COME TO OUR CLASSES IN THE LAST 25 YEARS -PLEASE TELL THEM ABOUT THIS AND ASK THEM TO COME ALONG. WE WANT TO FILL THE BEACH BALLROOM AS NEVER BEFORE.
