SENIOR DANS CLASS

Starts 11am on Friday 20th January 2012 at Peteculter Sports Centre

Cost - £3.50 per class.

No need to book, just come along

SENIOR STATION

Starts 11am on Wednesday 25th January at Ruthrieston West Church

F&S all round exercise class with additional training for strength and stability. The eight stations take up 20 minutes and will include the use of equipment like chairs and rubberbands. We work in small groups to spur each other on and the Leader explains and demonstrates. Each participant can tailor the exercises to suit their own preference and ability. Please come at 10.45 the first time.

MEDIUM CLASSES

Our new leader Faye has started a two Medium Classes :

Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Hilton Community Centre
Thursday 6.30pm -7.30pm in the Recreation Hall (within Staff Home),Woodend Hospital

CLASS NEWS

From the 10th January the Tuesday Medium Class at Airyhall Community Centre is now starting at 7:15pm instead of 8pm.

The two Medium Classes which run at Hillview Community Church (formerly International Baptist Church, Cults) on a Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm have an offer where if you bring a new person to the class in January they will get their first class for free.

The Monday Basic Class at Queen's Cross Church is not running on the 23rd January because the church is using the hall.
